Visit made on a Thursday afternoon in July (few people in store) to Aroma-Zone, a boutique located on the third floor of Printemps.
Well organized store, products arranged by categories and functions. Fair price for organic. The salespeople seem accessible and open to supporting customers. Pleasant and polite cashier.

Very unpleasant saleswoman.
After looking for my product which I did not find, I went to a saleswoman to ask her for advice. She replies “2 min” without even looking up at me.
I explain to her what I'm looking for, she points at me from afar that it's "down there". I head towards the product. Not being what I'm looking for, I redirect myself towards her. Annoyed, she replies “but yes, Madam” and brings me back to the first product. I insist that this is not what I am looking for. And she finally tells me that it's broken.
If she had been a little more interested in my research (knowing that she was absolutely not overwhelmed when I went to see her) she could have advised me better and with a slightly less annoyed attitude. I really felt that I disturbed him.
although I really liked the Aroma Zone products!! but creating a loyalty account is a real scam (in my opinion)
1) they send a lot of emails for no reason even for advertisements like webinars and other information not linked to my loyalty account and the accumulation of points (for which I registered)
2) they promised me that I will have a recompose to use within the next month. I came specially before 3 days before the end of the month. result? They told me no, it’s after 20 days and not 30 days like the saleswoman promised.
I am not satisfied with their service and I had to cancel my purchases today at checkout 😠
I hope it improves communication with their “loyal” customers otherwise the loyalty card will be useless
I was advised by Inès, she is very professional, super nice, she took the time to look at my basket to make the right choices also for my little sister.
I would come back hoping she stays as long as possible
I had a card to get a free refill if I bought a serum. At the checkout the saleswoman tells me that she doesn't know about this offer and complains to her colleagues. She starts passing the items more than 3 times and once in my bag asks me to take them out to pass them. All this so that the discount was not applied, luckily I checked the ticket. So I go back to see her, and she tells me that she applied it correctly and that I misread and counted even though there was the name of the item with the price. Her colleague takes care of me and confirms that she was wrong. So I got my refund. Maybe the saleswoman should borrow a calculator and learn how to use her cash register instead of accusing customers.
Very nice experience with Aroma zone Lille. Received a little gift from them.
A superb store with a wide range of quality products at reasonable prices. The service is welcoming and has products that meet all needs and all parts of the body.
Disappointed by the conditions of sale. I wanted to buy a gift set for my daughter for Christmas but not being sure of my choice I asked if my daughter could make an exchange. But the exchange limit is 15 days so if I bought the box and my daughter didn't like it she wouldn't be able to exchange it. So I didn't buy anything and will go elsewhere to find a gift for my daughter.
